I'm a student enrolled at Università degli Studi di Milano. Do I need to register on the portal?

No. Registration is required for external users only (prospect students).

As an enrolled student, you can access online services and University email using username and password received at the end of the enrolment procedure (name.surname@studenti.unimi.it or neme.surname@unimi.it for doctoral and specialization school students).

I graduated at Università degli Studi di Milano. Do I need to register?

If your credentials on the @studenti.unimi.it domain (valid for accessing services for graduates) are still active you do not have to register.
If this is not the case, you should register again.

I cannot proceed with my registration: a message says that my e-mail is already in use

You have probably already registered with that e-mail. In this case, you can use the username and password retrieval service.

I don't remember username and password I used to register

Use username and password retrieval service which will send your new credentials to the e-mail address you provided during the registration process

I don't remember the username, password and e-mail I used to register

Write to  servizio.registrazione@unimi.it, you will receive instructions on how to retrieve your credentials

I remember my username and password, but not the e-mail address I used to register

If you've never activated your credentials, you can use the activation e-mail retrieval service, which will ask you to supply a new e-mail address. The new link to activate your credentials will be sent to this address.

If you have already activated or used your credentials you can access the Reserved Area, where you will be able to view and amend your data and access all services available to your profile.

I registered, but I cannot access the site after having inserted my username and password

Credentials must be activated; to do so, you have to check the e-mail containing the activation link which was sent to you after completing your registration.
If you cannot find this e-mail, use the activation e-mail retrieval service.

If you have made more than one e-mail request to activate your credentials, only your last request will be considered.

If you have already activated your credentials, make sure that the requested service is available to external users

I cannot confirm my identity through the activation link I received via e-mail

If you receive an error message when activating your credentials through the link received via e-mail, make sure that your e-mail host has not split the link on more lines: the activation link should be entirely written on one line only.

I registered and activated my username and password, but I cannot access the site after having inserted them in the Login page.

Make sure you inserted the correct username and password, and select "external" under "user type".

I've completed my registration. What now?

If you've already activated your credentials, access to your Reserved Area, where you will be able to use online-services and display and amend your data.
