If you reside abroad or have a foreign educational qualification you can contact directly the Welcome Desk by sending an email to:

All other students have to log in to Students Information Service (servizio Infostudenti) by using:

Infostudenti also allows you to send or receive documents online, and informs you about the progress of your request.

International Students Welcome Desk and Students offices located in via S. Sofia - near the main campus - are available only by appointment.
To get an appointment all students have to register online through Students Information Service (servizio Infostudenti) logging in with:

The University of Milan makes available a printed and online Welcome Desk Guide - offered also in Italian language - that helps International students to discover how to obtain the documents they need, and use all the services and opportunities offered by the University. An updated version will soon be available

It also offers two more printed and online materials:

  • Vademecum, a small guide to student services, that illustrate to new enrolled students all the services avalable at the University.
  • Guida Segreterie  (Italian text), to help students with the main administrative procedures related to their university enrollment and career.
