Description

The invention relates to a new method and apparatus for sparkling wine remuage which takes advantage of a known physical technique to obtain yeast and impurities sedimentation.
In particular the apparatus is designed to optimized the effect on each single bottle of wine giving similar results in terms of purity, clearness, cleanness and uniformity if compared to the classical methods, but it can be applied in a larger system containing  a high number of bottles.

Advantages

The method described allows to shorten the time of remuage, thus reducing the time to satisfy the market demand, and reducing general costs without need of specialized manpower.
