Candidates admitted to the Ph.D. Courses  must enrol within five days from the rankings publication on the university’s website, under the heading of SIFA online services  > Graduatorie ammissione corsi post laurea .

Within the same deadline, students who did not obtain a School fellowship and who are not holder of an “assegno di ricerca”, must pay € 908,00 as enrolment fee. (this contribution includes the regional tax for student support, the accident insurance and stamp duty).

a) Admitted candidates who hold the Italian tax code
They must enrol using the SIFA online services  > Servizi di immatricolazione . Before accessing to Sifa on line, students must pay the enrolment fee, if due, using the special Bank form.

b) Admitted candidates who do not hold the Italian tax code, or do not speak Italian
They must fill in the Enrolment form and send it within the established deadline, in one of these ways:

As soon as possible, according to the instructions given in the Call for applications, Ph.D. students shall deliver the following documents to the Ph.D. and Masters office:
- a passport-sized photograph
- the Italian tax code
- the original documentation relative to their qualifications if awarded abroad: Master's degree (or equivalent) officially translated into Italian and authenticated by the authorities of the country in which it was issued;  Dichiarazione di Valore in Loco (Certificate of Equivalence of Qualification), issued by the Italian Embassy in the country in which the qualification was awarded.
- a copy of the their residence permit if they are not European citizens 
- receipt of payment, if due
- all other documents useful for appraising the applicant’s suitability for enrolment in the course and the assignment of a scholarship.
