The course aims at promoting a culture of 'gender equality' by offering conceptual tools and examples of useful practices on one side to understand the challenges arisen by a full realization of equal opportunities for all, and on the other side to highlight the contribution derived from the introduction of the gender category in the fields of scientific careers and career paths in organizations.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, participants will have the skills to frame and understand equal opportunity policies for all, sociological and legal issues regarding discrimination and equal treatment. They will be able to critically analyze at an international level researches on the subject of conciliation and career paths, both in scientific disciplines and in organizations.
