Learning objectives
The teaching activity, divided in two modules, aims to provide the student principles of animal nutrition, mainly linked to pasture, and genetic management, in farming in high nature value areas. Class teaching, class exercises, class discussions and field activities contribute to the learning objectives.
Expected learning outcomes
Knowledge and understanding of principles of nutrition and genetic management of farming in high nature values areas. Applying nutrition and genetic knowledge to simple simulated cases.
