The aim of this course is to provide essential and specific knowledge for developing and maintaining a physical fitness thanks to human movement throughout the life-span. Furthermore, the foundations of physical education will be provided. This expertise will be useful for promoting physical wellness, and counteracting problems deriving from an incorrect posture, as well as ageing.
At the end of this course, the student should acquire theoretical and practical knowledge for proposing physical activity in private and public contexts, directed to different populations (age groups). The main aim will be: ·Promoting and maintaining physical fitness; ·Teaching how to move in a safe way, minimizing injury risks; ·Prevent postural problems.
