Learning objectives
Il corso introduce gli studenti ai temi generali del diritto internazionale pubblico (struttura della comunità internazionale, fonti del diritto internazionale, soggetti, adattamento, illecito e responsabilità). Nel secondo e nel terzo modulo l'attenzione si concentra in particolare sulle relazioni economiche fra Stati e sulla cooperazione internazionale nella soluzione dei conflitti armati.
