Syllabus
The first part is devoted to the study of the main trends characterizing the current transition from traditional marketing to collaborative marketing.

Syllabus
The second part is devoted to the management of firms' social and digital communication strategy. Particular attention will be devoted to the integration between firms' strategic intent and social and digital communication strategy and on creating unitary social media presence. This part include a third module, which is optional, devoted to the management of a social media strategy for a firm.
