Introduction to the spectrophotometric methods, Absorption and Emission Atomic Spectroscopy, Infrared (IR), Raman, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Fluorescence and phosphorescence, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance( 1H- e 13C-NMR). Introduction to Mass Spectrometry, Classification of the chromatographic methods and general principle of the Separation Techniques. Gas-chromatography (GC), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
