Learning objectives
The subject aims to study the principal special procedures regulated by book IV of the Civil Procedure Code and in special laws as well as the labor law procedure. The teaching of the subject will mainly deal with basic procedures, but will focus particularly on precautionary procedures.

1. Special procedures regulated by book IV of the Civil Procedure Code, under chapters I and II (sections I and VI only);
2. The divorce procedure;
3. The labor law procedure.

Notes
The course in (basic) civil procedure law must have been taken previously. During the oral exam of the present course, questions may be asked about subjects dealt with in the previous (basic) course.
Knowledge of the regulations dealt with in the course is essential and a civil procedure code updated to 2016 must be used.

The labor law procedure will be taught by Prof. Guerino Guarnieri.
