This course, which integrates the course of Filosofia del diritto [Legal Philosophy], aims to develop the ability to understand and criticize the law in force, through the analysis of novels and movies. In particular, through an interdisciplinary approach, we will examine how legal actors and their activities are presented within literature, and, especially, what picture of the law in force emerges.
This year the course will focus on the analysis of contemporary bioethical issues and their legal solutions.
Program of the course Attending students: presentation of an oral report on a topic agreed with the teacher. Non-attending students: the texts for study will be uploaded on the Ariel portal.
