Learning objectives
The International Economic Law course is focused on some of the major trends in the interstate relationships in the trade, monetary and financial sectors. The purpose is to analyse them using major international law instruments and documents. The final aim is to provide students with the necessary knowledge to properly understand and describe international economics issues from a legal perspective.
