2-Magnetostatic. Magnetic field in vacuum and in matter. Ferromagnetic material and circuit
3-Time varying field. Electromagnetic induction and displacement current. The full set of Maxwell equation in vacuum and in matter
4-Application of Maxwell equations. Electromagnetic waves in vacuum. Plane waves in dielectric: reflection and refraction of waves at interface. Electromagnetic fields from scalar and vector potential: gauges. Retarded potential. Radiation from electric dipole.
