Expected learning outcomes
1. Knowledge and understanding

The Course aims to give the students full knowledge of the main legal issues related to new technologies and their evolution in developing Countries and in the smart cities/metropolitan digital areas.

2. Applying knowledge and understanding

The Course aims to give the students useful technical knowledge to correctly interpret the political and social framework involving computer science or new technologies in Developing Countries and familiarity with reference to technical terms or innovative institutions.

3. Making judgements

The Course aims to give the students detection capability of the correct rule to apply to any technical issue, and refinement of independent evaluation and the ability to analyze the legal framework of various Countries with regard to technological and digital divide.

4. Communication skills

The Course aims to give the students the ability to present the knowledge gained with language properties and clarity.

5. Learning skills

The Course aims to give the students the ability to improve their learning skills dealing with innovation and ICT Law Issue.
