The course will be organized in two one-day sessions . Part I will give an overview of the main genomic technologies ( microarray and next generation sequencing) to study the human transcriptome .The attendees will know and use some of the main well-curated databases and repositories concerning gene expression profiles.
Part II will illustrate theory and practice of pathways analysis and gene network reconstruction. The attendees will be trained to use some bioinformatics to perform pathways analysis.

Deadlines

The course enrolment deadline is usually the 25th day of the month prior to the start date. More specifically:

  • 27 December 2021 for courses starting in January 2022
  • 25 January 2022 for courses starting in February 2022
  • 25 February 2022 for courses starting in March 2022.

Deadlines for enrolment in other courses will be announced as soon as possible.

Ignore the option "Exam session date” that appears during the enrolment procedure.
