Aim of the course is to introduce the student to the principal approaches in risk analysis. These methods will be implemented in the food safety animal and public health through qualitative and quantitative approaches. Along with the theoretical presentation, the student, during practicals, will learn to interpret results of risk analyses and to apply risk assessments models.
