Module 1 will address the methodologies for the evaluation of food nutritional quality, dietary patterns, eating behaviour and the physiologic mechanisms that allow the adaptation to the changing food environment, and will evaluate how they may interact producing food choices and the nutritional status.
Module 2 will address the psychological mechanisms involved in the adoption of unhealthy behaviors, and the intervention strategies aimed at promoting mindful changes in lifestyles and food habits.

The course enrolment deadline is usually the 25th day of the month prior to the start date. More specifically:

  • for courses starting in September 2021, until 30 August 2021.

Deadlines for enrolment in courses of the next academic year (2021/2022) will be announced.

How to enrol

  2. Select the desired programme and click on Registration (Iscrizione) and then on Register (Iscriviti)

Ignore the option "Exam session date” that appears during the enrolment procedure.
