Aim of the present course is to give an overview on the generation of human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC)and their neuronal differentiation to study pathomechanisms associated to neurodegenerative diseases, to perform drug screening and to study neurodevelopment through generation of cerebral organoids.

How to enrol


The course enrolment deadline is usually the 25th day of the month prior to the start date. More specifically:

  • for courses starting in June 2021, until 25 May 2021
  • for courses starting in July 2021, until 25 June 2021
  • for courses starting in September 2021, until 30 August 2021.

How to enrol

  1. Access enrolment on PhD courses online service using your University login details
  2. Select the desired programme and click on Registration (Iscrizione) and then on Register (Iscriviti)

Ignore the option "Exam session date” that appears during the enrolment procedure.
