Fornire le conoscenze di nutrizione e alimentazione degli animali domestici in modo tale che gli studenti siano in grado di valutare il ruolo dell'alimentazione nel migliorare l'efficienza dell'allevamento. Tale obiettivo verrà perseguito attraverso approfondimenti specifici relativi NUTRIZIONE ANIMALE COMPARATA, VALUTAZIONE NUTRIZIONALE DEGLI ALIMENTI e FORMULAZIONE E PRODUZIONE INDUSTRIALE DI MANGIMI.

COMPARATIVE ANIMAL NUTRITION
Professor: TEDESCO Doriana

AIM OF THE COURSE comparative study of the gastrointestinal tract of animals and the relationship between feed intake, digestion, assimilation and metabolism of nutrients. Assessment of how they act and how these factors vary between species. Knowledge of nutritional needs in different species.
