L'obiettivo del corso in due moduli e in inglese è il seguente: nel primo modulo si affronterà la comprensione della relazione tra HR practices e business results; nel secondo modulo si insegneranno le basi dell'economia del personale con particolare attenzione alle tecniche di assunzione e al disegno delle retribuzioni ottimali.
