Il Corso di laurea in Scienze dei servizi giuridici si propone di far conseguire agli studenti una adeguata conoscenza dei saperi afferenti all'area giuridica, mettendoli in grado di applicare la normativa. A tal fine, il corso di laurea in Scienze dei servizi giuridici assume come punto di riferimento non soltanto figure professionali pubbliche, quali cancellieri, ufficiali giudiziari, collaboratori giudiziari, ufficiali di pubblica sicurezza, personale carcerario, ma anche figure private, quali assistenti di studi legali e notarili, investigatori privati e simili. Esso si rivolge anche alla formazione di pubblici funzionari capaci di occupare posizioni di responsabilità nelle organizzazioni burocratiche, nonché alla formazione di consulenti giuridici nel campo organizzativo. Il corso di laurea in Scienze dei servizi giuridici si rivolge altresì alla formazione di professionisti capaci di operare con sicurezza nel campo economico e finanziario, caratterizzato da una normativa complessa e soggetta a continui cambiamenti, anche per le influenze del sistema economico internazionale. I laureati potranno operare non soltanto come liberi professionisti, ma altresì prestare collaborazione subordinata con imprese private, enti pubblici e studi professionali.
Per lo svolgimento di queste professioni è indispensabile sia la conoscenza di precise nozioni giuridiche, sia il possesso di adeguate nozioni di natura sociologica, economica ed informatica.
In sintesi, ci si attende che il laureato in Scienze dei servizi giuridici a completamento degli studi sappia, con autonomia di giudizio e abilità comunicative, applicare le conoscenze acquisite per la soluzione delle problematiche afferenti ai molteplici sbocchi occupazionali di riferimento.
Il Corso di laurea in Scienze dei servizi giuridici si articola in due curricula.

Gli esami di Diritto costituzionale, di Istituzioni di diritto privato I e di Istituzioni di diritto privato II sono propedeutici rispetto agli esami di tutte le discipline obbligatorie dei semestri successivi; gli stessi non sono invece propedeutici rispetto a Istituzioni di diritto romano, Economia politica e Filosofia del diritto. Diritto penale è propedeutico rispetto a Diritto processuale penale e alle altre discipline penalistiche e processual-penalistiche. Economia politica è propedeutica rispetto a tutte le altre discipline economiche, con l'eccezione di Economia aziendale, Ragioneria generale e applicata, Economia degli intermediari finanziari e Financial markets and institutions - investment banking and corporate finance. Diritto commerciale è propedeutico rispetto a Diritto tributario. Diritto internazionale e Diritto processuale civile sono propedeutici rispetto a Diritto del commercio internazionale. L'insegnamento di base di ogni materia è propedeutico rispetto al relativo insegnamento progredito; fa eccezione l'esame di Diritto romano che non è propedeutico rispetto a Diritto romano progredito, mentre per entrambi è propedeutico l'esame di Istituzioni di diritto romano.

Gli esami di Diritto costituzionale, di Istituzioni di diritto privato I e di Istituzioni di diritto privato II sono propedeutici rispetto agli esami di tutte le discipline obbligatorie dei semestri successivi; gli stessi non sono invece propedeutici rispetto a Istituzioni di diritto romano, Economia politica e Filosofia del diritto. Diritto penale è propedeutico rispetto a Diritto processuale penale e alle altre discipline penalistiche e processual-penalistiche. Economia politica è propedeutica rispetto a tutte le altre discipline economiche, con l'eccezione di Economia aziendale, Ragioneria generale e applicata, Economia degli intermediari finanziari e Financial markets and institutions - investment banking and corporate finance. Diritto commerciale è propedeutico rispetto a Diritto tributario. Diritto internazionale e Diritto processuale civile sono propedeutici rispetto a Diritto del commercio internazionale. L'insegnamento di base di ogni materia è propedeutico rispetto al relativo insegnamento progredito; fa eccezione l'esame di Diritto romano che non è propedeutico rispetto a Diritto romano progredito, mentre per entrambi è propedeutico l'esame di Istituzioni di diritto romano.
