Therefore they are able to provide advanced care services, to express educational and preventive skills, and to apply all these competences to address primary health problems of pediatric, adult and geriatric populations as well as issues related to service quality.
In the management of the healthcare personnel, graduates are able to address the needs of the community, to propose and implement new approaches to work organization, to make profit of IT innovation - also in reference to teleassistance and e-learning -, to plan and organize educational interventions, taking into account the need for aligning local operative standards to the EU ones.
As a result of the experience gained through an adequate professional and multidisciplinary training, graduates develop an integrated approach to the management of the healthcare services and organizations, and to the attainment of their educational and research goals.

Employment statistics (Almalaurea)
The degree programme has plans to develop, in partnership with international training programmes and clinics, study-abroad programmes for its students. Given the particular demands of the academic programmes, and the needs of its students (most of whom are working professionals), these programmes will consist of internship opportunities relating to organising services and conducting research
Attendance of all educational programming contemplated under the study programme is mandatory. To be allowed to sit for the for-credit exam, students must have attended at least 75% of the formal and informal educational programming contemplated for each class or programme. Should a student's attendance fall short of the required attendance level, instructors may assign alternative educational activities, including self-study, which the student must complete and submit before being allowed to sit for a given exam. Attendance of internship and laboratory hours under this Regulation (at 100%) is mandatory, and cannot be fulfilled through other means.
