Course Objectives

Structured as a single curriculum, the degree programme in Philosophical Sciences is designed to equip students with the theoretic, methodological and critical competences specific to the various axes of philosophical study, together with a sound general awareness of the historic evolution of philosophical thought, from its origins to the current day.

Students also have the opportunity to complement these philosophical and historical competences with training in other areas of humanistic culture and scientific research, on the basis of each individual student’s primary interests and professional requirements. To this end, graduates have access to courses provided by different degree programmes at the University.
