Career and Employment

Nurses are professional healthcare figures responsible for the provision of general nursing assistance of a technical, relational, and educational nature to infants and adolescents, adults and the elderly, dealing with preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative concerns.

Completion of the degree leads to qualified nursing status and permits graduates to practice in public and private healthcare facilities, both in the community and through home care, in an employed or freelance capacity.
