Laboratorio - struttura, funzionamento e aspetti organizzativi in sanità

-Understanding of national and international health organizations;
-Acquisition of knowledge of the main national and European legislative standards regulating health care and social organization;
--Understanding the development of legislation in the health sector, both general and specific to surveillance and control activities in the field of public health prevention;
-Developing knowledge of general principles for the evaluation of services and performance, with particular reference to various operational areas and general principles of health and business administration;
-understanding the behavior of people in the work context and when carrying out their professional activities in relation to interpersonal relationships, tasks to be carried out, rules and the functioning of the work organization.

At the end of the workshop, the student will be able to understand the laws applicable to the organization of healthcare and be able to correctly use tools of continuous improvement methodology within the framework of preventive activities, with particular emphasis on effectiveness assessment.
