Renewing enrolment on a medical specialisation programme
Enrolment in a postgraduate school is renewed every academic year. The following students are not required to renew their enrolment:
- those who expect to graduate from the postgraduate school in the winter session (with the exception of postgraduate schools in the area of medicine)
- intend to transfer to other universities.
Students enrolled in postgraduate schools in the area of medicine who fail their final exam will lose their student status.
Students at postgraduate schools in the area of medicine must renew enrolment by the deadlines specified in Unimia, the students’ personal webpage.
Enrolment renewal is confirmed upon payment of the university fees.
Payment should be made using Pago PA, by accessing Unimia or the payment service, ten days before the deadline.
Students who choose to pay by MAV using home banking will need to do so within the times specified by their bank for carrying out online transactions. Payments initiated on the deadline day but which fall outside of the permitted times will incur a fine as they will be credited the day after the deadline.
Students who renew their enrolment after the deadlines specified must pay a fine of 30 euros for delayed payments up to 3 months past the deadline or 105 euros for delayed payments after 3 months past the deadline which will be issued with the second instalment.
Enrolment renewals are processed at the Administration Office in Via Santa Sofia 9/1, in cases where:
- the MAV form is not entered into the website
- enrolment is on a programme year other than that specified on the MAV form.
To renew enrolment at the Administration Office, request the “Renewal” application through Informastudenti - Students Information Service – at the “Postgraduate schools” Helpdesk.
The form must then be returned, along with the receipt for payment of the first instalment, by booking an appointment at the Postgraduate schools Helpdesk.
Students who renew their enrolment after the deadlines specified must pay a fine of 30 euros which will be issued with the second instalment.
