Customer personas as a tool to formulate hypotheses about the demand and its characteristics.
The group will work in groups on problems/ideas they agreed upon
Finish "The Wallet Project" discussion about the Design Thinking processes and mindset (slides)

How to build and structure a value proposition. JOB TO BE DONE as a framework of reference in lean startup and design thinking
Tools/Skills: Use a simplified Job to be done canvas; job tree analysis, value proposition canvas

Qualitative research and its role in the innovative process. The customer discovery in the lean startup to understand our customers. Organise, structure and run qualitative interviews.
