Expected objectives:
· To become familiar with basic concepts in nutritional epidemiology within a standard regression framework
· To become familiar with standard approaches for deriving dietary patterns in nutritional epidemiology
· To practice with standard approaches for the assessment of the association between dietary patterns and disease outcomes
· To explore alternative approaches for dietary pattern identification and for their association with disease outcomes
