Obiettivi formativi
The PAEPeC module aims to promote teaching and research excellence in EU Administrative Law studies by offering a course focused on the challenges, evolution, and forthcoming of Energy Administrative Law, encompassing both European and national contexts.

Prerequisiti
The course will be taught fully in English
Metodi didattici
The lessons will combine academic and theoretical foundations of the subject to a practical approach, as to give the students solid and deep knowledge of the EU environmental and energy legal framework and the instruments to examine specific cases to be examinated.
