Learning objectives
The course analyzes the principles of the Italian civil litigation.
Expected learning outcomes
- Knowledge and understanding. At the end of the class, students will have a good knowledge of the principles and the rules governing civil proceedings and understanding of the laws in its literal and systematic dimension.
- Capacity application. Students will apply concepts learned to practical judicial cases, as a judge and as a lawyer.
- Independence of thought and judgement. Students will show the capacity to take well-grounded position concerning the topics examined during the course.
- Skill in communication. Students will acquire ability to express properly the acquired knowledge.
- Ability to learn. Students will show the ability to understand the rules that regulate the matter and give a systematic interpretation of the same
