Learning objectives
This course aims at providing knowledge about theory and practice for teaching exercise, physical activity, and pre-sport activities. The notions could be applied in the contest of school, gym and leisure and sport centres.
Furthermore, to practice didactic and methodological paths for teaching fundamentals of human movement throughout the life span.

Expected learning outcomes
At the end of this course, the student will acquire the theoretical and practical foundations of:
- Fundamental teaching of human movement through didactic and methodological principles, taking into account aims, body adaptations to physical exercise, age and background of target groups.
- Teaching the fundamental bodyweight exercises as well as exercise with gym tools taking into account aims, main body systems involved and the effects of physical exercise.
- Fundamental field tests.
