Molecular Bioinformatics

The course aims to provide students with a broad appreciation of bioinformatics approaches for genome assembly, annotation, and large scale gene expression studies using high-throughput sequencing technologies as well as introducing fundamental concepts in comparative genomics and modeling of molecular evolutionary processes.
