Sport Climbing

Learning objectives
The course provides a theoretical and practical approach to the three disciplines of sport climbing (lead, bouldering, speed). At the end of the course, participants will be given the School Sport Climbing Operator certificate, in agreement with the Miur-FASI guidelines.
Lessons will focus on the technical, normative and physiological aspects of each discipline, giving the participants the teaching skills and full knowledge of the safety procedures.

Expected learning outcomes
- Knowledge, ability to observe and analyse the mechanics of mouvement in several disciplines
- Ability to perform and demonstrate the techniques in a global form
- Ability to plan a propedeutic approach to climbing and a teaching activity for beginners
