1. The sphere of competence of the Holy Office and the start of the process.
2. The summary procedure. Recourse to the inspection and appraisal.
3. The witness testimony.
4. The interrogation of the accused and the comparison between him.
5. The criteria for evaluating the evidences.
6. The repetition of testimonies and the right to defense.
7. Torture. Witchcraft trials.
8. The sentence of acquittal, canonical purgatio and retraction.
9. The sentence of abjuration and condemnation to the secular arm.
10. The condemnation of the default and the deceased.
