The teaching aims to achieve a lot for students: - acquisition of a higher level of in-depth analysis of the special procedures before court; - knowledge of the relationship between them and the ordinary proceedings; - improvement of the mastery of the principles that govern the civil proceedings.
Expected learning outcomes
The students are expected to acquire a good knowledge of the functioning of the special procedures provided for by the code of civil procedure.
The course will focus on the main special procedures regulated by Book IV of the code of civil procedure, with particular reference to procedure for summary order, precautionary proceedings, summary proceedings, proceedings in chambers, class action, mediation and negotiation assisted by lawyers
