Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to develop knowledge on the relationship between law and vulnerability from an interdisciplinary perspective and through an interactive method of legal knowledge transmission, based on the active participation of the students.

Course syllabus
In the class meetings at the Bollate Penitentiary Institute, involving students and prisoners, the following questions related to the relationship between law and social vulnerability will be examined: the vulnerable subject between law and social sciences; vulnerability in the metropolis; social rights and vulnerabilities; access to justice and vulnerability; foreigners, law and vulnerability; new technologies and vulnerabilities.
The course also covers an introductory lecture and a final class meeting that will take place at the University of Milan.

Assessment methods and Criteria
Students must attend the two class meetings at the University of Milan and at least 4 class meetings at the Bollate Penitentiary Institute. The evaluation is expressed with "approved/not approved".
