Final Exam
A.Y. 2019/2020
Learning objectives
The final exam of the Bachelor of Law Degree Course consists in the drafting, under the supervision of a
lecturer, a thesis and in his public discussion before an exam board.
The following types of thesis are envisaged:
a) study of a case: the candidate will have to write a reasoned opinion on a practical case or a problematic issue, giving
analytical account of all the controversial profiles also in the light of legal and/or economic doctrine and possibly
of the relevant jurisprudence, focusing on possible alternatives and explaining a reasoned solution of its own.
b) monographic dissertation: the candidate will have to analyze in an organic way a complex issue, giving
comprehensive and methodologically rigorous account of the legal and/or economic literature on the subject and, where appropriate, of the
relevant legislation and jurisprudence, thus expressing their personal views on the issue.
