Learning objectives
The compulsory internship aims at providing students with a practical knowledge of how sustainability issues are implemented in the context of professional settings, in either the public, private, or non-governmental sectors, as well as a better understanding of the professional opportunities in this field.
Their placement in a working environment also aims at the development of the trainee's abilities to apply the knowledge acquired during the Programme and a set of relational skills.

Expected learning outcomes
By the end of the internship, students should
- acquire specific knowledge and skills relating to procedures, methods, and practices relevant to the internship's area of interest;
- improve the ability to apply the theoretical knowledge and the skills acquired during their studies and adapt it to a specific working context;
- develop interpersonal skills, such as working effectively with others, professional meeting/email/telephone
Professional ethics, networking, written and oral communication, relationship with supervisors, time management, organization, and decision making;
- gain information regarding the company/institution, the industry/sector, or job duties.
