Learning objectives
Aim of the course is to provide to the students an introduction about the principles of environmental economics. Specific focus will be on government policies applied to i) maintain and improve environmental quality, ii) determine the exploitation of natural resources, both exhaustible and renewable.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course students will be able to identify economic problems involving environment and natural resourses and their consequences, and to identify suitable policy measures.
