The course is aimed at providing students with knowledge concerning:

Describe the principle of operation of the X-ray tube,
Describe the interactions between X radiation and matter,
Describe the operation of ultrasound, computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging equipment

Describe the principles of nuclear medicine and radiation therapy
