Learning objectives
The main objective of the course is to show the potential business impact of social network analysis in a business context and provide an overview of what we consider key problems and techniques in social network analysis and mining from the perspective of business applications.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course students will be able to deal with a complete process of social networks application for business and organization: data acquisition and preparation, trust, expertise, community structure, network dynamics, and information propagation.
