Learning objectives
The course will focus on biotechnologies applied to the research of innovative pharmacological and toxicological molecules, and the reduction of environmental impact applying new technologies, including the modulation of host-parasite dynamics that can affect animal health, survival and welfare. The course will provide a multidisciplinary approach of the latest developments within the topics mentioned with particular attention to the influence on animal and human health and environment
Expected learning outcomes
The course is divided in three modules and it will provide deep knowledge on the applications of biotechnology in animal science and health and environment for a comprehensive and holistic approach.
