Learning objectives
1) Knowledge and understanding. The students must demonstrate that they have acquired a basic knowledge of the fundamental institutions governing the Italian sole traders and companies.
2) Application skills. The students must demonstrate that they have acquired the appropriate analytical skills to select, interpret and apply, in a reasoned and legally sustainable manner, the object of the course institutions to specific cases.
3) Autonomy of judgment. The student must demonstrate that they have understood the scope and function of the object of the course and institutions and that they have acquired the ability to draw conclusions about the issues raised on the basis of a reasoned and legally sustainable analysis.
4) Skill in communication. The students must demonstrate the ability to express their knowledge with argumentative consistency, systematic rigor and ownership of language.
Expected learning outcomes
The students must demonstrate that they have developed a learning ability enablying them to continue their studies with a high degree of autonomy

Classes will be also recorded and made available to students throughout the whole period of classes both on Microsoft Teams and the Ariel website. It is recommended that students check the Ariel website regularly.
Where possible due to the pandemic emergency for Covid-19, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulation, classes will be also taught in person by the Professor at the scheduled hours for the class. In-person classes will be taught simultaneously with video access on Microsoft Teams and their recording, which will continue to be provided as described above for those students who will not attend in person. In this case, students will be timely informed through the Ariel website.

The examination and the evaluation criteria will not change.
The final examination will take place in the form of an oral examination through Microsoft Teams.

In this case, the possibility to take the examination through Microsoft Teams will continue to be granted to those students who will not attend in person.

Didactic methods

The lessons will take place on Microsoft Teams in synchronous mode, at set times, and will be recorded. Information on how to access Microsoft Teams lessons and other teaching instructions will be uploaded to the course's ARIEL website, which is recommended to be consulted regularly.
If the health situation allows it, in compliance with the current regulations, lessons can also be held in the classroom (mixed mode); in this case, the students will be promptly informed and notified via the ARIEL website of the course.
In any case, the lessons will be recorded and left available to students for the duration of the semester.

Learning assessment procedures and assessment criteria

The methods of verifying learning and the assessment criteria will not be subject to changes.
The exam will take place orally on the Microsoft Teams platform.
If the health situation allows it, compatibly with the availability of the classrooms and compliance with the necessary safety conditions, the exam will take place in the classroom.
In any case, the possibility of taking the exam remotely will be ensured for students who are unable to move from their place of residence and / or domicile.
