Learning objectives
The teaching aims to achieve a lot for students:
- acquisition of a higher level of in-depth analysis of the special procedures before court;
- knowledge of the relationship between them and the ordinary proceedings;
- improvement of the mastery of the principles that govern the civil proceedings.
Expected learning outcomes
The students are expected to acquire a good knowledge of the functioning of the special procedures provided for by the code of civil procedure.

Lessons will take place on Microsoft Teams in synchronous mode, at the established times and they will be recorded and available until the end of the semester on the same platform or on the page on ARIEL of the course
Information on how to access Microsoft Teams and other instructions will be uploaded to the course's ARIEL website, which is recommended to consult regularly.
If the health situation allows it, in compliance with the current regulations, lessons will be held also in the classroom (mixed mode); in this case, students will be promptly informed on the ARIEL website of the course.

Learning assessment procedures and assessment criteria

The way of verifying learning is unchanged. The CFU will be acquired attending 70% of the lessons.
Course syllabus
The course will focus on the main special procedures regulated by Book IV of the code of civil procedure, with particular reference to procedure for summary order, precautionary proceedings, summary proceedings, proceedings in chambers, class action, mediation and negotiation assisted by lawyers
