Learning objectives
This course aims to make students achieve the knowledge of the institutions of Sport's Law and Sport's legal procedure
Expected learning outcomes
- Capacity for synthesis and for coordinating the institutions of Sport's law within a dynamic view of the legal phenomena;
- Capacity for making links through recovery of the differents sport's legal institutions;
- Capacity for deepening the acquired knowledge, also through a direct comparison with the main legal and literary sources;
- Learning and using concepts and an appropriate Sport's legal language.

Teaching Methods
Lessons will take place through Zoom, at scheduled times (Fridays from 15:30 until 17:00) ; they will be recorded and accessible on the same platform and on the course website ARIEL:
Information about the access to the lessons on Zoom and other indications about the course will be accessible on the website ARIEL and we therefore advise you to visit this website on a regular basis.
Depending on the current situation due to the COVID pandemic, and in compliance with the current legislation, lessons may be held in presence, in the classroom; in such event, students will be duly informed through ARIEL website.
In any case, lessons will be recorded and accessible to students during the relevant semester.

General structure of the Italian sport bodies. The CIO.
The national and international Justice system.
The doping. National and international rules.
The Fair Play Systems. National and international rules. Procedural rules.
The sport labour.
The sport agents.
Testimonial rights, sponsorships, merchandising, product placement.
Relationship between law and sport regulations.
Civil and criminal responsibilities linked and consequent to the practice and the organization of sport activities.
Prerequisites for admission
It is recommended that the student has overcome the exams of the fourth year.

Exclusively oral lessons.
