Learning objectives
To prepare young and elite volleyball teams' teachers and coaches.
Expected learning outcomes
Knowhow for properly building, training and managing the team throughout the season. Tactical and psychological knowhow for leading the team during matches and championship.

Didactic methods
The lessons will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform and can be followed both synchronously based on the first quarter timetable and asynchronously because they will be recorded and left available to students on the same platform.
Program and reference material:
- The program and the reference material will not change.
Methods of verifying learning and evaluation criteria:
The exam will take place by presenting and discussing a training plan, in oral form, using the Microsoft Teams platform or, where the regulations allow, in person, always in oral and practical form.
The examination, in particular, will be aimed at:
- ascertain the achievement of the objectives in terms of knowledge and understanding;
- ascertain the ability to apply knowledge and understanding through the formulation of a training plan to be detailed and argued.

Prerequisites for admission
Basic knowledge of techniques in volleyball and the organization of simple games.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The exam will start with the presentation of a training session for an advanced team. The student will have to contextualize and flavor his own proposal in the methodological and applicative contents.
