Learning objectives
The Legal Clinic is focused on how ICT impacts on Economic Governance and Democracy. Through the analysis of concrete cases and of specific experience within the European Institutions, the complex phenomenon will be dealt with and rendered understandable for students.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the Legal Clinic students who successfully participated will have acquired a method of reasoning and working with concrete cases, thus being able to draw general lessons from the cases analyzed during the close-up classes.
