Learning objectives
To provide skills for the development, maintenance and recovery of motor skills and psychophysical well-being through the rhythmic-musical stimulus applied to sports.
Expected learning outcomes
- Knowledge of the neurophysiological bases of the processes of perception and action,
- Knowledge of the rhythmic auditory stimulation techniques intended for a basic athletic performance as well as for more competent ones. These will include artistic and acrobatic elements.
