Learning objectives
With the guidance of the wine company tutor and under the supervision of the university tutor, the practical-applicative internship is aimed at giving to the three-year graduate a fundamental knowledge of the productive dynamics of the vine and wine company, especially in the crucial phase of its typical activity, i.e. from the beginnings of the harvest to the first winemaking operations, through observation and effective participation in all the activities that are carried out.
Expected learning outcomes
Even if in a role that is not yet official, the student knows and acquires in an really practical way the typical characteristics of the winemaker's activity (as he will be once graduated), especially as regards the activity of the wine cellar.
